My New Best Friend


I bought the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD. Today was only day 2, but Im actually liking it! Hopefully Jillian will be able to help get me in shape for the summer! 

*On a side note, I ran 2.5 miles today. I know that may not sound like a lot but Im just starting to run again.. it felt so good!

If anyone has any good tips for getting in shape quickly, let me know!!

I so want to do this! Yet I am so not cant think of the word...motivated? determined? able to convince myself that even though I am so sore that it is work it.

I will live through you and just keep praying that my body will magically return to pre-baby!

I know what you mean!! Have you ever tried her video? Its hard! And it makes me so sore... it makes it all the harder to continue the next day. But Im on day 4 and staying strong...we'll see! Im hoping I can get to pre-baby too. Now that he's 9 months I guess its time to try. haha

i love this work out dvd. i'm not very consistent on it though... haha. i'm just starting to get back into running too. and i actually do run on the treadmill with my eyes closed, i try to hold on really tight to the handle bar hahaha.

It really is a great workout video...and I love that its only 20 min. I haven't ventured past beginner though, Im a little nervous about that. When we move back to AZ we will have to be running buddies or something! And thanks for letting me know you close your eyes too...thats a good idea to hold on. hahaha Ill have to give that a try!
